Suzi told The Bugle: “I am planning to do a combination of strength training and running drills. It will be a real mixture to make it interesting and fun, hopefully exercises that members will remember and be able to do again on their own. I'll include some sprinting, bear walking, bounding and some burpees, squats and crunches.”

HALL OF FAME
Congratulations to Sam Allpass, who ran a PB 3:05 in the Amsterdam Marathon and to Seb Parris, who completed both the Loch Ness and Snowdonia Marathons in October. Apparently, Seb discovered that both races are slightly hillier than Holland.

David Cornock, Rob Katschmaryk, Ella Allpass and Tom Truscott (Ella’s brother) got very muddy running (and crawling) the British Military Fitness 10k in Surrey.
