Barnes Runners has a number of running clothing items for sale through the club. As we are non profit making organisation, proceeds get ploughed back into the club.

This is a multi-stage fitness test, also known as the bleep. A sub-maximal aerobic test or beep or shuttle run test, is often used to estimate a persons VO2 Max (maximum oxygen uptake). This is a good gauge on someones aerobic fitness and a barometer which you can use to keep tabs on your CV improvement.

If you are a member of Barners Runners and would like to have your own FREE Barnes Runners email address, then please read on.

You could have, for no charge at all, a permanent email address in the format of yourname@barnesrunners.co.uk.

You can use almost any email software on your own computer (Outlook, Outlook Express et al) to both send and receive emails.

Unlike many 'free' email services, your FREE Barnes Runners email will be free from popups, advertisements and other annoying feature.
